Hi John,
If you still know the Dutch language you can watch the TV-version of the film at this link http://www.npo.nl/2doc/12-08-2014/VPWON_1221667…OR
you can email Roy van Broekhuizen at roy@laga-handbags.com for a copy. the DVD he sells are on PAL the European system and you can play it on your computer and then attach it to your TV with a special cable or if you have a multiregional DVD player that plays PAL and NTSC (the USA system) then you’ll have no problem.. I was very sad that I missed the premiere at UCI. Will there be another showing in Orange County, California, any time soon? If not, how can a local showing be arranged?
HI Jeff,
I saw this docu in Utrecht, Holland although it’s shown in a lot of other places, and sold out. I was impressed and moved by this documentary. Every person told his/her own story, yet you could feel the common sorrow of all Indos that suffered in that period.
Greetings,
Peggy
Please verify the screening date in S. California. The date at the top indicates May 27, the date below is April 27th and the date to order tickets indicates May 18th.
Thank you,
Linda
Hi Linda,
